• We have two options for treating people who come to us from out of town. We call these our 1 & 2 Week Treatment Vacations offered here in San Antonio! Treatment is provided daily, while you have the opportunity to relax and vacation in our wonderful, historic city!

• Described below are the general criteria we use to determine the length of time you will need to spend with us in order to get your problem under control. By "under control," we mean healed enough that you can be safely discharged with an effective, independent, yet monitored home program (i.e. by phone or video conference follow-up with us). The follow-up process would be to assure abolishment of symptoms long-term, as well as safe tapering of medications that you might be on for pain control.

1-WEEK TREATMENT PROGRAM ENTRY CRITERIA
  • Medication(s) are only taken intermittently (i.e. "as needed")
  •  Symptoms are typically better earlier in the day, then worsening or spreading further into the head as the day progresses

2-WEEK TREATMENT PROGRAM ENTRY CRITERIA
  • Multiple medications are taken frequently (safe detoxification is then an issue, often requiring more time for monitoring)
  • No apparent pattern to symptoms (i.e. not typically better earlier in the day, or progressively worsening as the day goes on, or worse with looking down for a sustained period)
